OUR HERITAGE

The Soul of
the Building

The Old Vic has been on Gaskill Street since before anyone alive can remember. It's survived floods, seen a generation come through its doors, and still pours the best beer in town. Every floorboard creaks with a story, every wrought-iron balcony whispers of the past.

Come for a night. Stay for a weekend. Leave when you're ready, but take a piece of our history with you.

THE REGION

Destination Canowindra

Balloons drifting silently over the Lachlan Valley at dawn. Cool-climate wines poured in vineyards tucked into the hills around Orange and Cowra. A main street that still has a butcher, a baker, and a pub that's been there longer than anyone can remember. This is our home.
